Le contrôle des machines modernes nécessite une synchronisation des axes à l'échelle du système entier et avec une précision de l'ordre de la microseconde. Le système E/S NX offre précision du temps et répétabilité pour une grande variété d'entrées et de sorties. Son système de bus interne ultra-rapide est synchronisé avec l'horloge distribuée du réseau EtherCAT, ce qui permet l'utilisation des E/S déterministes à l'échelle du système.
- Idéal pour les contrôleurs d'automatisation de machines Sysmac et les API des séries CJ2
- Mises à jour d'E/S synchrones, à l'échelle du système, avec une instabilité inférieure à 1 μs avec EtherCAT

Nous avons choisi EtherCAT comme réseau de contrôle pour la série de contrôleurs de machines NJ Sysmac. La simplicité du câblage Ethernet standard combinée à l'extrême rapidité de l'échange de données à la volée ont abouti à une nouvelle architecture de contrôle des machines. L'ouverture, la modularité et le déterminisme qui en résultent sont les éléments clés de l'automatisation des machines d'aujourd'hui.
- Normes ouvertes pour que la programmation et la mise en réseau assurent un échange et une interopérabilité avec les systèmes externes
- La modularité permet des configurations système flexibles afin de s'adapter rapidement aux demandes de l'utilisateur final
- Le déterminisme est requis pour garder le contrôle de la machine tout en augmentant ses performances et sa précision
Les fonctions Ethernet/IP utilisent le protocole CIP sur l'infrastructure Ethernet standard pour offrir un échange de données efficace et fiable. En utilisant le coupleur de bus Ethernet/IP, des E/S série NX (notamment des contrôles de sécurité) peuvent être connectées aux API des séries CS/CJ.
Le coupleur de bus ProfiNet étend les capacités de la plate-forme E/S NX, ce qui permet une plus large gamme d'architectures.
Performance

Chaque ensemble d'E/S série NX sur un coupleur EtherCAT comptant comme un seul nœud EtherCAT, les performances globales du réseau ne sont presque pas affectées par le nombre d'unités d'E/S installées. Le fait de garder un minimum de nœuds EtherCAT vous permettra de maintenir des temps de cycle de rafraîchissement des axes de positionnement aussi bas que possible, même avec un grand nombre d'E/S. De plus, les erreurs locales ou les dommages sur une unité d'E/S n'affecteront pas les autres nœuds EtherCAT. Le bus interne de la série NX est entièrement synchronisé avec l'horloge distribuée EtherCAT. Ce qui garantit la temporisation exacte d'une unité d'entrée ou de sortie dans le système de contrôle en 1 µs, quel que soit l'endroit où les unités d'E/S sont montées.

Pour la conception de la série NX, nous avons mis à profit notre expérience en systèmes d'E/S distribuées combinée aux remarques des clients.
- Les unités sont compactes, avec une largeur standard de 12 mm par unité, tout en offrant jusqu'à 16 canaux par unité
- Les connecteurs avant présentent un câble enfichable sans outil avec embouts de 8 mm pour câble jusqu'à 1,5 mm2
- Les bornes sont amovibles pour permettre le précâblage et des tests sécurisés étape par étape
- Des étiquettes identiques sur l'unité et le connecteur réduisent le risque de mauvais assemblage
- Vous pouvez introduire 6 clés dans la borne et l'unité afin d'éviter machinalement une incohérence
Digital I/O Units

La série NX vous permet d'associer les E/S standard économiques aux modèles synchrones à haute vitesse. Les E/S numériques standard disposent de 16 connexions par unité, avec un choix de :
- Connexion de capteur à 3 fils avec alimentation (unités à 4 canaux)
- Entrées de contact ou sorties d'actionneur à 2 fils (unités à 8 canaux)
- Connexion à 1 fil pour capteurs et actionneurs déjà connectés à une alimentation commune (unités à 16 canaux)
Toutes les E/S haute vitesse utilisent une connexion à 3 fils et ont des temps de réponse on/off inférieurs à 300 ns. Avec l'horloge distribuée EtherCAT, toutes les entrées peuvent être verrouillées, et les sorties peuvent être contrôlées de manière synchrone, avec une instabilité inférieure à 1 µs.
Pour un contrôle encore plus précis sur la temporisation exacte des E/S, les entrées avec horodatage vous indiqueront le moment exact de chaque transition de signal. De même, les sorties avec horodatage sur le réseau EtherCAT peuvent être contrôlées indépendamment avec une précision à la sous-microseconde.
Analog I/O Units

Les signaux d'entrée provenant des capteurs analogiques, transmetteurs 4-20 mA, thermocouples ou thermomètres à résistance peuvent aisément être connectés et utilisés pour la surveillance, l'enregistrement des données, la visualisation des tendances ou le contrôle PID. Les unités analogiques sont proposées avec des temps d'échantillonnage à 10 µs par canal et une haute résolution (1:30 000). Le filtrage intégré, la correction des écarts, la détection des ruptures de câbles et des hors plage sont toutes des fonctions standard. L'utilisateur peut choisir parmi 12 caractéristiques de thermocouple différentes, °C/°F et précision de l'indication de 0,01 degré. Avec huit entrées sur seulement 12 mm de largeur, la série NX est parmi les modules les plus compacts du marché.

L'unité d'entrée analogique haute vitesse permet une fréquence d'échantillonnage allant jusqu'à 5 µs pour les signaux analogiques. La mesure rapide de signaux analogiques permet d'améliorer la qualité d'une inspection ou d'une analyse de vibration, en vue d'une maintenance prédictive. L'amélioration de la qualité et de la disponibilité des machines permet d'obtenir un meilleur taux de rendement global (TRG). Cet appareil permet de lire simultanément jusqu'à 4 signaux différents, en maintenant sa fréquence à 5 µs même lorsque les 4 canaux sont utilisés. L'isolation des canaux permet d'éviter leur distorsion.

Différents types de signaux codeurs peuvent être connectés, des codeurs incrémentiels aux sériels synchrones (SSI). La capacité à synchroniser les données de positionnement avec l'horloge distribuée EtherCAT implique que le codeur peut être utilisé en tant qu'axe pour l'engrenage ou le suivi. Les sorties d'impulsion jusqu'à 500 kHz peuvent être utilisées pour le contrôle discret ou le positionnement et également être mappées en tant qu'axes lorsqu'elles sont utilisées avec le contrôleur de machines NJ Sysmac.

Des unités de contrôle de sécurité et des unités d'entrée et de sortie sécurisées peuvent être ajoutées à n'importe quelle station EtherCAT série NX pour intégrer entièrement la sécurité et le contrôle standard à un réseau. La série NX répond à tous les niveaux de performances de sécurité de PL a à PL e. Les contrôleurs de série NJ standard (version V1.06 et ultérieures) et les coupleurs de bus série NX (version V1.1 et ultérieures) pouvant être utilisés, le contrôle standard et la sécurité peuvent être adaptés indépendamment.
