Het slimste modulaire I/O-systeem

Het nieuwe SmartSlice I/O-systeem van Omron is compact, intelligent en gemakkelijk. Bij gebruik in combinatie met DeviceNet-masterunits uit de CS1/CJ1-serie van Omron, hebt u geen configuratietool nodig. Door gebruik te maken van ingebouwde functies, zoals schaalfuncties, totaaltelling, differentiatie en alarmering in analoge I/O-units, kan PLC-programmering worden geminimaliseerd. Gegevens over preventief onderhoud zijn toegankelijk met CX-Integrator-software, standaard-PLC-functieblokken of Smart Active Parts uit de NS-serie.

Geen noodzaak om te stoppen

Betrouwbare 3-delige constructie maakt directe vervanging mogelijk tijdens gebruik, zonder opnieuw te bedraden. Back-up maken van alle I/O-unitgegevens in de bus-interface-unit door schakelaarbediening. Eenvoudig terugzetten: vervang de unit en alle instellingen worden automatisch geladen.

Geen gereedschap nodig

Eenvoudige indruktechnologie voor snelle installatie. De klemmenblokken van de SmartSlice zorgen voor snelle en betrouwbare schroefloze klemverbindingen.

Calendar

Smart I/O kan de gegevens van gedaan onderhoud registreren. Een beter overzicht helpt u het onderhoud efficiënter te plannen.

Counter

Smart I/O-units houden de lengte van en het aantal onderhoudsacties bij om u te helpen bij de onderhoudsplanning. Vroegtijdige waarschuwingen om uw machine te inspecteren en af te stellen minimaliseren ongeplande stilstand.

Volt meter

Smart I/O monitoort de eigen voedingsspanning, en waarschuwt u als de spanning buiten het veilige bereik is - bijvoorbeeld door een beschadigde kabel of een slechte aansluiting.

Stopwatch

Smart I/O kan vertragingen meten tussen twee I/O-signalen tot op de milliseconde nauwkeurig. Wanneer de maximaal toegestane vertraging is overschreden waarschuwt Smart I/O u dat de machine door slijtage of gebrek aan smering langzamer werkt dan bedoeld.

Calculator

De analoge SmartSlice-I/O-units helpen u ook bij het verminderen van PLC-programmering. Waardeschaling en alarmniveaus, en zelfs berekening van wijzigingssnelheid worden gedaan in de unit.
