Veeleisende omgevingen

Regelapparatuur kan worden blootgesteld aan zware omstandigheden, waarbij ze bijvoorbeeld tijdens bedrijf in aanraking komen met spatwater, worden bedekt door een laag stof, of warm worden door hun locatie. De E5CN, E5CSV, H7CX, H5CX en K3HB zijn alle voorzien van frontpanelen conform NEMA4X (IP66-equivalent) en zijn daarom geschikt voor gebruik onder dergelijke omstandigheden. Bovendien hebben de bedieningselementen een vlak profiel, waardoor ze niet ver uit het paneel steken en minder snel vuil worden.

Weergave van de mengsnelheid

Het meten van de snelheid van de schoepen helpt bij het handhaven van de kwaliteit van het mengsel. De snelheid wordt geregeld door een frequentieregelaar; de K3HB-P gebruikt pulsen afkomstig van de benaderingsschakelaar die zicht heeft op het tandwiel. De uitgangssignalen van de K3HB-P kunnen worden gebruikt voor alarmen of voor wijziging van de snelheid van de frequentieregelaar, waardoor variaties in batchvolume mogelijk zijn.
