Ultracompacte, lichtgewicht sensor - meet elk materiaal

De ZW confocale vezeloptische afstandssensor levert stabiele, contactloze, in-line-meting van hoogte, dikte en andere maten. Het is de oplossing voor de problemen met traditionele lasertriangulatiesensoren: afwijkingen tussen verschillende materialen en hoekafwijkingen. De compacte sensorkop heeft geen elektronische onderdelen, om problemen met installatieruimte en wederzijdse interferentie, elektrische/magnetische ruis, temperatuurstijgingen en mechanische positionering uit te sluiten.

  • Minimale resolutie: 0,01 µm
  • Ultra-compacte sensorkop: 24 x 24 mm; weegt slechts 105 g
  • Uiterst flexibele robotkabel tussen sensor en regelaar, maximaal 32 m
  • De sensorkop hoeft slechts één keer gemonteerd te worden: niet nodig om opnieuw af te stellen bij het wisselen van materiaal
  • Aparte versterker zorgt voor een bron van wit LED-licht, spectroscoop en processor om gereflecteerd gekleurd licht om te zetten in afstand
